Dear Asheville Oktoberfest Ticket Holders,

We are deeply saddened to inform you that due to the recent catastrophic weather events in Asheville, we must cancel this year’s Oktoberfest, which was scheduled for Saturday, October 5. The safety of our community is our highest priority, and the current conditions prevent us from hosting the event.

We will be issuing full refunds for all ticket purchases automatically—no action is required on your part.

As you receive your refund, we encourage you to consider supporting the many relief efforts helping Asheville get back on its feet. The Asheville Oktoberfest is the largest fundraiser for the Asheville Downtown Association, and the funds raised help us continue our work in advocating for a beautiful, safe, and vibrant downtown. If you would like, you can choose to donate your refund or make a tax-deductible contribution to our Asheville Downtown Association Foundation (501c3).
