The Asheville Downtown Association is looking for a passionate and experienced Development Manager to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to help support and grow Downtown Asheville by leading fundraising efforts, expanding corporate sponsorships, and managing grant writing initiatives. As the Development Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our downtown community and ensuring that our mission to support local businesses thrives.

In this role, you'll have the chance to cultivate relationships with corporate and individual donors, revamp our membership program to increase engagement, and ensure that our sponsors receive the benefits they deserve at public events. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in fundraising and grant writing, with strong communication skills and a passion for Downtown Asheville.
